LIVE WITH PURPOSE

One ordinary decision can change the direction of a life.

Ken Rogers is an author, speaker, and storyteller whose journey across America became a lesson in courage, perseverance, faith, and living for something bigger than yourself.

[ the story ]

In 1982, Ken Rogers and Steve Anderson left their jobs and set out to bicycle across all 48 contiguous states. They had little cycling experience, no major sponsors, and no idea just how much the journey would change their lives.

What began as an adventure became more than 10,000 miles of challenge, friendship, generosity, and purpose — eventually helping raise support for Make-A-Wish. Decades later, the lessons from that journey continue to shape Ken’s books, speaking, and message: you don’t have to be extraordinary to live an extraordinary life.

[ WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ]

"Growing up, I knew my dad had lived an incredible story, but as I got older, I began to appreciate it more. He has always taught me to dream big, keep going when things are hard, trust God and live with purpose. His stories are adventurous and inspiring, but the lessons behind them are what have shaped me most. I’m incredibly proud to call him my dad, and even more grateful for the life he has modeled for our family."
